CURING
Coatings based on Vetro sol CERA GLARE are dry-to-touch after about one hour. Typical
curing conditions (until water resistant) are:
 Room temperature : 12 to 24 hours
 80 °C : two hours
 130 °C - 180 °C : one hour
 240 °C several minutes
However, curing parameters depend on the respective coating formulation. The coatings are fully
effective after additional 5 - 7 days curing at room temperature. On metal surfaces such as
aluminum, steel and stainless steel, curing at > 80 °C is recommended to achieve optimum
adhesion to the substrate.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Only trained personnel should handle this product.
When opening packages and during handling, adequate precautions should be taken.
Vetro sol CERA GLARE is moisture sensitive and reacts vigorously with water, alcohols, acids
and bases.
CLEAN UP
Clean equipment and tools with an appropriate aprotic solvent (e.g. n-butyl acetate or white
spirit). Cured Vetro sol CERA GLARE cannot be removed with the help of organic solvents.
Proper and immediate clean-up of equipment and tools is very important.
